He is an accomplished electrical engineer, having graduated in Electrical Engineering (Hons) from the prestigious National Institute of Technology - Durgapur, and has honed his leadership skills through a General Management Programme at the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and the Harvard Manage Mentor program at Harvard Business School.
With over two decades of experience in operations, Mr. Srivastava has consistently driven success across multiple facets, including Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Testing and Commissioning (T&C), and cutting-edge SCADA and communication technologies.
