Inauguration of 132 KV Jirania SS by Hon’ble Dy. CM of Tripura, Shri Jishnu Dev Varma, under NERPSIP by Powergrid
The power system facility at 132 KV Jirania sub-station has been revamped by the installation of 132/33 KV, 31.5 MVA and 33/11 KV, 10 MVA Power Transformers with protection switchgear. With this capacity augmentation, the present 15 MW load can be adequately met up at 33 KV and 11 KV levels along with future load growth with enhanced power system redundancy and improved reliability. The project has benefited around 50,568 consumers covering the following major areas :
